Parking will become limited at Shea
Stadium during summer 2006 and throughout the 2006 and following
seasons as construction begins on the new Mets ballpark in the
parking lots beyond centerfield. It is recommended that fans take
the 7 Train to the Shea Stadium stop on from Manhattan and
surrounding boroughs.
